7. Payments and Winnings
By participating in real-money games on the platform, you agree to the following:
- Deposits and withdrawals: You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. All transactions will be processed according to the platform’s payment policies.
- Winnings: Any winnings you earn are subject to applicable laws, and may be subject to taxes in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to withhold payments if necessary to comply with legal obligations.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time).
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on the arbitrator within 15 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the said Act.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
Subject to the above, the courts of Mumbai, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters relating to or arising from these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
